3. Process & Operation
We created the strict procedure from development to Delivery
a.Before production
·Communicate with Customer through, get customer’s requirement, and convert the requirement to the design.
·Make the FA for the approval.
·Make Production workflow, set the quality control points.
b. During production
·Make the delivery plan, set all the schedule of all the process
·Conduct the quality control system into production, quality department arrange the inspection according to the quality control points.
·Business department monitor the schedule and report to Customer regularly.
c. After production
·Final inspection in house and packing
·Accept the customer or third party’s inspection.

Inspection(In-coming inspection- in process inspection-process inspection-Final inspection), equipment maintenance etc, we ensure all the process are under control and all the record are kept in documentation.
